Cllr Gerry Harper backs the community plan for Royal Park School

Councillor Gerry Harper (Labour, Hyde Park and Woodhouse), backing the Royal Park Community Consortium (RPCC) bid to run the former Royal Park Primary School as community resource.

A paper is tabled for the Leeds City Council Executive Board on Wednesday which favours the building be turned in to a mixture of more student flats and retail.
